Customer Provided Files: We do accept customer provided files if they meet our requirements

File types we accept: EPS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Pagemaker, Word, Excel, Publisher, PDF, JPEG.
All fonts must be converted to outlines to ensure the font does not change.
***Please be aware that customer provided files are considered camera-ready and will be
printed as provided.***

Camera-ready artwork requirements:
Appropriate Margins
Black & white composite
Color Separations (if multi-color job)

Multi-Color Files: Most print processes require color separations. If you are providing a multi color
job, you must provide separations or check with us to see if we can do the separations for you.
Each color must be in its own document and changed to black. A color composite of the finished
project must also be furnished.

Color Registration: Registration occurs when the colors are extremely close, touching or
overlapping. Additional charges will apply and separations must be done.

Screens: Screens occur when an ink color is not printed at 100%. Screens usually occur additional
charges depending on the printing process. If you are providing camera-ready artwork, the
screens must be separated and changed to black. A composite is required with the screen
percentage noted.
